Franklin, KY will be having its 4th Annual Mardi Gras Parade on Saturday, February 25th, starting at 3 PM, downtown on the Square. Form a Marching Krewe or make a float and come join the festivities. Dr. Kelly Patterson has joined The Medical Center at Franklin.  An open house is planned on Tuesday, February 28, from 10 am to 12 noon, to celebrate.  A ribbon cutting will take place at 10:15 am.
