KYPTAC Seminar

The Chamber of Commerce and the Industrial Authority invite you to attend a free seminar on Thursday, May 11, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Roxy Theater located at 109 South Main Street. The seminar will inform you on how to seek and obtain government contracts. The presentation is by the Kentucky Procurement Technical Assistance Center (KYPTAC). The seminar is being presented by KYPTAC representative, Darrell Henderson. The seminar is scheduled to last one and a half hours followed by a question and answer session. Light refreshments will be served.

KYPTAC services help Kentucky businesses grow by equipping them with the resources and knowledge needed to provide products and services to federal, state, and local governments. Any business or individual interested in learning how to do business with the government is encouraged to attend!

The KYPTAC seminar in Franklin will cover two primary topics:

  • KYPTAC 101– What the Kentucky Procurement Technical Assistance Center is, what we do and how we integrate with other agencies to help small business in Kentucky grow.
  • Doing Business with the Government– How business can obtain government contracts and what to think about before getting into government contracting.
