Last year’s performance marked the group’s Temple Theatre debut\, and the audience response was so overwhelming that the theatre invited her back for a repeat performance—an encore filled with new arrangements\, deep storytelling\, and Ronstadt classics spanning rock\, country\, pop\, and The Great American Songbook. \n“There’s just something magical about performing at home\,” Teresa said. “Last year’s concert felt like a reunion—with friends\, family\, and the songs that shaped so many of our lives. The Temple is a jewel\, and it feels like the music was meant for this room.” \nThe Temple Theatre\, after its decade-long restoration\, has become one of Tennessee’s most beloved historic performance spaces—and remains the only theatre in the state to house a Bösendorfer Imperial Concert Grand Piano\, handmade in Austria. The piano\, along with the theatre’s world-class acoustics\, creates a breathtaking backdrop for TERESA’s heartfelt tribute to one of music’s most revered voices. \nTERESA’s own career has been equally remarkable. A former Sony Music recording artist\, she is a seven-time College Entertainer of the Year and two-time Female Vocalist of the Year\, having performed her original songs on more than 1\,000 college campuses nationwide. Her anthem “Brave New Girls” was selected as NASA’s official wake-up song for the first female-commanded Space Shuttle mission\, and she performed it live at the STS-93 launch at Cape Canaveral. \nShe has also graced international stages—from the Paris Air Show for the launch of the International Space Station to the White House\, where she sang around a mock campfire for the Girl Scouts of the USA’s 100th Anniversary celebration\, leading a quarter million girls in the world’s largest sing-along. \nPURE RONSTADT’s ttribute to Linda Ronstadt is both personal and passionate.
