Join us at 10 am, for a major announcement by County Judge Executive Mason Barnes, Franklin Electric Plant Board and Warren Rural Electric Cooperative. The event will be held on the bandstand in the Courthouse yard. In the event of inclement weather, we will move to the Fiscal Court Room on the Second Floor of the Courthouse. We hope to see all of you for this exciting announcement.
