The Franklin Downtown Merchants will host Scare on the Square Thursday, from 3 pm to 6 pm, and offer special discounts. Pick up a map from any participating merchant and be eligible for a $100 cash drawing. Shoppers will vote for best decorated business and best costumed shop keeper.
